Once all required materials have been submitted and baseline key practice statistics are established, the implementation process will launch as follows:
- Case Connection Coach will be assigned.
- Establish baseline averages for both the number of cases completed per day and average daily production/collections to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
- Development of customized practice monitors for ongoing analysis.
- A 90-minute Zoom strategy session with the doctor and Case Connection coach to define the GP connection focus.
- Individual 30-minute Zoom interviews with all team members.
- Schedule your two-day, on-site office evaluation of your practice and initiate the six month Case Connection program.

- A comprehensive patient flow and timing analysis for each doctor to help create an optimal, efficient schedule.
- A thorough review of the patient telephone triage process to assess how effectively patients are prepared mentally and financially for consult and treatment visit.
- A complete evaluation of your referral base, develop a customized marketing plan to:
- Increase easy-case referrals from top A+ general dentist referrers.
- Enhance collaboration with GP’s on their restorative treatment plans
- Gather and document the restorative preferences of top referring doctors.
- Select a Top referring doctor for an “Onsite Lunch and Learn” training session with your Case Connection Coach and Marketing Coordinator
- Evaluate the complete referral base to determine potential referring opportunities to increase the number of easy cases.
- Establish monthly case completion reporting process to send to referring GP’s
- Referral Tracker training, empower the marketing coordinator to facilitate ongoing data analysis and allocation of marketing outreach efforts for the team.
- Clinical 4-handed dentistry evaluation, a focus on optimizing the assistant’s role in patient interactions. The evaluation will identify ways to increase efficiency and ensure the doctor is freed from unnecessary clinical or administrative tasks, promoting a streamlined and productive operatory workflow.
- Monthly Zoom secessions with the Doctor and Office Manager to review key performance indicators and uncover areas for focused training and continued improvement.
- Zoom-based department training, tailored to the needs of the unique practice dynamics and individual team member’s needs.
- The Case Connection coach will support the coordination of a four-hour GP lecture, presented by Denice Williams of Next Level to Success. Lecture focus, improve the GP’s case acceptance while enhancing GP-to-Endo referral process at the highest level.
- Facility rental and catering costs are not included.
